We collect your phone number when you register and log in via our Telegram bot. We also collect store information, product data, and order records (including customer name, phone number, and delivery address) that you create within the app.
Your information is used solely to provide the One Sync service — authenticating your account, managing your store catalog and orders, and enabling omnichannel sales through Telegram and Facebook Messenger integrations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Customer order data entered into your store is accessible only to your own staff. We use Telegram's API for OTP authentication and optional Facebook Graph API for Messenger integrations — both subject to their respective privacy policies.
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. Product images are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and served only through authenticated signed URLs. Integration credentials (bot tokens, access tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in the database.
Your account and store data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Order records may be retained for up to 12 months for accounting purposes.
